Surviving the Holidays is a freestanding event that does not require participation in a weekly program. The holiday season will be flooded with memories of happier, past celebrations. Surviving the Holidays, a 2-hour seminar, will provide practical holiday coping strategies and hope for brighter days ahead. We'll show a holiday-themed video session packed with helpful information. Each participant receives a Holiday Survival Guide. Anyone grieving the death of a loved one is welcome to attend. This is a "safe, confidential, caring" event. We hope you will join us.
