We want to welcome you to our presentation of the Surviving the Holidays special session, a session that will give you encouragement and tools to face the upcoming holidays, the prospect of which may seem daunting and undesirable as you remember and process your loss. Let us show you that even in the midst of great loss, community and celebration can be healing and joyful. Insights, tips, techniques, and ways to look at the holidays and process memories and dark moments will give you confidence to let others know what you need and to do what you need to do to continue moving forward in your recovery.
