A warm welcome to all who are searching for answers and comfort during this season of hoopla and festivities which can feel so empty and meaningless for those who have been bereaved having lost a family member or friend. This seminar is designed to help you move forward on this difficult journey that has been forced upon you. This session addresses key areas at this critical juncture where you are trying to cope as best you can. Difficult questions arise. Answers are provided by an expert-led video presentation, followed by a group discussion with people who likewise are struggling with having lost their loved one. The group discussion takes place in an atmosphere of confidentiality as feelings and hurts are shared in the search for hope and meaning while reflecting on the loss that has occurred. It provides mutual support as an additional means in the healing process. Registration is free. A small, essential e-workbook will be available for downloading at a nominal fee
