The holiday season can cause difficult emotions to surface, regardless of whether you lost your loved one recently or some time ago. Surviving the Holidays is a one-time meeting designed to provide support and direction in navigating the holidays in a healthy way. You will watch a video and be part of a discussion group with others who are also grieving the loss of a loved one. You will also receive a Survival Guide, which has encouragement and helpful tips for the days ahead. Whether you are new to GriefShare, or you have previously participated in a GriefShare group, you are welcome to join us. Please register online, and if we have not already met, we will contact you ahead of time to answer any questions you may have.
