GriefShare is a faith-based seminar/support group that is offered twice each year at Jackson Baptist Church. We meet Friday evenings , online from 6:45 to 9:00pm, according to our Summer schedule. You may begin attending at any point in the schedule, our first session will be May 6, 2022.
With the additional challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, GriefShare members need support now more than ever.
We will be meeting virtually via Zoom and watching the video together in the session just as we would in the face-to-face format.
We realize this all presents challenges to what we have come to know as Griefshare structure but what we absolutely can report is that our Spring Session , Summer Series and Fall and Winter 2021 sessions have were lovingly embraced by our group members. People comforted and opened up to one another and friendships and smiles abounded. It was truly a blessing for all of us on the leadership team, to witness.
We hope you will join us online! We look forward to our Summer 2022 Session and creating a warm and hopeful atmosphere fueled by Christ’s love and His faithfulness to bring healing where brokenness and sorrow had prevailed.
