ALL are welcome! We invite you to join us anytime during our 13-week Spring cycle. Meeting in a GriefShare support environment can be one of the greatest benefits of helping you navigate your own personal/unique grief journey. Each topic below is an independent opportunity to watch the informational video, discuss it, and OPTIONALLY share from your own experience. It is OK to "just listen." Building Community with others who understand can be a big help during this time of pain and confusion. Increasing your understanding of the grief process and learning new skills/tools can be an important part of moving forward.
The GriefShare Program provides a safe, confidential place where you will be interacting with others who understand what it means -- and feels like -- to be on the Grief Journey. We hope you will consider joining us.
