"Surviving the Holidays" program is for adults (only) who have experienced the death of a loved one (recently or in the past 2 years ) who are ready to take steps to healing.
We know losing someone you love is hard. And each loss is unique.
But we also know that we are not meant to go through this alone

This is a one-time 2 hour session.
We will watch a video with information from grief counselors and others who have experienced grief
