Holidays... They’re “supposed” to make us think of words like thankful, merry, and joyful. But... what if a loved one's death now causes us to associate the holidays with feelings like depression, anxiety, and sadness. Loss is always hard, and at the holidays it can be extra difficult. Come join us for a 30 minute video that provides helpful strategies to manage these times. We will also have a discussion and fellowship time so everyone can be uplifted
