We're so glad to have you join us. You will receive a Grief Share manual when you arrive. There will be snacks and coffee provided at each of our one hour and 45 minute sessions. There will be group discussion times, a video and time to share your grief story at your own pace when you are ready. And you are welcome to bring a friend with you if that is more appropriate.
