Welcome to GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays
Welcome. We are so glad you are here today, and we want you to know that you do not have to face this holiday season alone.
The holidays can bring a mix of emotions when you are grieving—sadness, loneliness, anxiety, memories, and even moments of unexpected hope. Whatever you are carrying today, this is a safe place to bring it. There is no pressure to pretend, no need to have everything figured out, and no expectation that your grief should look a certain way.
During our time together, we will learn practical ways to navigate the season, honor our loved ones, care for ourselves, and find support from others who understand. Most of all, we hope you will be reminded that comfort is possible and that God is near to the brokenhearted.
