We are pleased to offer this 13 week session on Grief. The format is to watch a 30min video with discussion afterwards. Talking and sharing is not mandatory, we want you to feel comfortable to talk or be silent. In order to repect one another's privacy our time together is confidential, what is shared during our time together, stays with us and is not to be shared with others. It is our desire to walk with you as you process your grief.
