About this Ministry
Our GriefShare facilitators have all experienced personal loss. Everyone's grief is unique. Our hope is to move you through the healing process with the help of videos, workbooks and small group discussions. There is no cost to participate in the program; however, there is a cost of $35 for the program workbook. Workbooks are available at St Paul's when you register.
We encourage everyone to start with week 1 and work their way through the 13 weeks.

The GriefShare Experience
Navigating Loss and Grief
Find relief and comfort at a GriefShare support group. Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.
