You're not alone. Our Grief Share group is a safe, welcoming space for anyone navigating the pain of loss. Free and open to all—come as you are. We listen, support, and walk together through healing. Coffee, tea, water, and light snacks are always available. You are welcome here.
The GriefShare Experience
Navigating Loss and Grief
Find relief and comfort at a GriefShare support group. Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.
