About this Ministry
Welcome to New Day Church GriefShare
Your GriefShare hosts are Melissa Small and Jenn Soper.
GriefShare is a 13-week program rooted in biblical principles, featuring instructional videos, workbooks, optional sharing sessions, and open discussions.
Our initial meeting serves as an orientation where Jenn and I will share our personal stories and how that led us to facilitate GriefShare within our church. Participants are welcome to share their own stories if they wish. The final session concludes with a potluck luncheon and a closing video.
Individuals can join GriefShare at any point during the program, regardless of the current session number.
While GriefShare is grounded in biblical teachings, all are encouraged to attend, irrespective of their religious affiliation or beliefs. Let's find healing in this grief journey together.

The GriefShare Experience
Navigating Loss and Grief
Find relief and comfort at a GriefShare support group. Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.
