A GriefShare support group is a safe and welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group you'll receive valuable guidance, leading you to relief, comfort and peace of mind. You may join us at any time. You are not alone.
The GriefShare Experience
Navigating Loss and Grief
Find relief and comfort at a GriefShare support group. Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.
