About this Ministry
We host one GriefShare group per year at St. Brigid. We meet every other Thursday evening from 5:30-7 pm, from early September to mid-February. This schedule includes Surviving the Holidays, but you must sign up for both.
The GriefShare Experience
Navigating Loss and Grief
Find relief and comfort at a GriefShare support group. Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.
