We are a nonprofit organization that provides state-of-the-art spiritual, emotional and practical support to seniors, especially those with dementia, and to their caregivers through Christian spiritual care services, family and community support systems and practical support. We are comprised of ordained pastors that are also licensed ministries, and credentialed chaplains. We are excited to be part of the GriefShare support, as we desire to continue our support to families after their loved ones have passed.
